Transmission Rebuild

Eaton Fuller manual or Allison automatic — we rebuild gearboxes to factory specs with a 12-month warranty.

Common Transmission Issues

⚙️

Slipping Gears

Truck loses power under load, RPMs spike without acceleration? Worn clutch packs (auto) or synchronizers (manual). We rebuild the unit, replace friction discs, and recalibrate.

🔊

Grinding or Clunking

Noises during shifts usually mean damaged gears or bad bearings. Our techs tear down the transmission, inspect every component, and replace what's worn.

💧

Fluid Leaks

Puddles under your truck? Leaking seals or cracked cases. We replace gaskets, output shaft seals, and pressure-test for hidden cracks.

Complete Failure

Stuck in neutral or won't engage? Full rebuild required. We handle Eaton Fuller 10-speed, 13-speed, 18-speed, and Allison 2000/3000 series. From $3,200.

Our Rebuild Process

We follow OEM rebuild procedures. Every transmission gets a full teardown, cleaning, inspection, and reassembly with new bearings, seals, and friction materials.

Timeline: Manual transmissions take 3-4 days. Allison automatics take 4-5 days. All work comes with a 12-month warranty on parts and labor.
