By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. We provide heavy-duty truck repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services at our Island Park, NY facility.
Labor is billed at $125/hour for standard repairs and $140/hour for major overhauls. Parts are priced at cost plus 15%. Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternate arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
All repairs require written authorization. Estimates are provided before work begins. If additional repairs are needed, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
Parts carry manufacturer warranties. Our labor comes with a 90-day workmanship warranty. Engine and transmission rebuilds include a 12-month parts and labor warranty.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by factors beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific repair performed.
