Effective Date: January 1, 2025
Once work is completed and your truck is picked up, refunds are not available. All repairs are authorized by you before work begins based on a written estimate.
If a repair fails within the warranty period (90 days for labor, 12 months for engine/transmission rebuilds), we will re-perform the work at no charge. Parts are covered by manufacturer warranties.
The diagnostic fee is waived if you proceed with the recommended repair. If you decline the repair, the diagnostic fee is non-refundable.
If you cancel a scheduled service before we start work, no charges apply. Once work begins, payment is required for labor and parts already used.
