Diesel Engine Repair & Rebuild

From turbos to complete overhauls — we fix Cummins, Detroit, and Cat powerplants right the first time.

What We Diagnose & Fix

💨

Turbocharger Failure

Loss of power, black smoke, whistling sounds? We replace turbos, rebuild housings, and check for underlying causes like EGR valve issues. Average repair: $2,200-$3,500.

Complete Engine Rebuild

Cracked block, seized pistons, or catastrophic failure? We do in-frame (pistons, rings, bearings) or out-of-frame (full teardown) rebuilds. 12-month warranty. From $8,500.

Our Process

1. Diagnostic Scan

We hook up your truck to JPRO or manufacturer-specific software (Cummins InSite, Detroit DDDL). Pull fault codes, check live data, and identify the root cause — not just symptoms.

2. Written Estimate

You get a detailed breakdown: parts needed, labor hours, timeline. We call you before any additional work.

3. Precision Repair

Our ASE Master techs handle the rebuild or replacement. We use OEM or quality aftermarket parts. All work follows manufacturer torque specs.

4. Road Test & Final Check

Before you pick up, we road-test the truck, rescan for fault codes, and verify performance. No shortcuts.

Pricing & Timeline

Turbo replacements: 1-2 days. Head gasket jobs: 2-3 days. Full engine rebuilds: 5-7 days. Prices vary based on make, model, and parts availability.
